Return/ Refund Policy
**Our Return Policy: No Sweat, No Fuss!**
We get it—shopping online for special items can be tricky. That’s why we give you 15 full days to decide. Not happy? Send it back for a refund or exchange. Just keep your receipt or order info handy!
**The Basics:**
– Return within 15 days → refund (minus a $16 shipping fee)
– No $16 fee if your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet!
– Items must be unused with original packaging
– Our mistake? We’ll cover return shipping and offer refund or replacement!
**What can’t be returned:**
– Gift cards (but hey, who returns those? )
– Custom-made goodies (made just for you!)
– Sale items (already priced to make you smile!)
**Received something damaged or wonky?**
Email us at clientservice@vanying.com ASAP! We’ll make it right—promise.
For quality issues within a year, we’ll offer 50% off the same item. Nice, right?
**Returning something?**
– Don’t ship to the address on the package—wait for our instructions!
– Use a tracked shipping method (so your return doesn’t go on a solo adventure!).
**Refunds:**
Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund in about a week. It’ll go back to your original payment method, minus the $16 shipping fee for change of mind returns.
**Bought a gift?**
If it was sent directly to you, we’ll refund you as gift credit! If the buyer shipped it to themselves first…we refund them (and maybe they’ll try again!).
