Where is your headquarter located?
Our headquarters is located in Jiangsu/Guangdong Province, China, where all our products are meticulously manufactured. At our factory, we maintain comprehensive control over every stage of production and transportation, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. Each step is rigorously monitored to ensure that every product meets our high-quality standards.
When will I receive my product?
It takes 2-5 business days to prepare your product after we receive your order. Once it is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking code. If you don’t receive this code, please check your spam folder of your email. If you still can’t find it, contact us at clientservice@vanying.com, and we will assist you in tracking your order and providing updates on its status.
Please ensure we have the correct wrist size and shipping address to complete your order efficiently.
Do you have a physical store?
We currently do not have any physical stores, agents, or fixed offline locations. However, rest assured that our products are meticulously designed by offline professional designers and are made available to you through online platforms. Ordering our products online is fast, simple, and secure! No matter where you are, you can easily enjoy our high-quality services and unique designs. Can I request a customized design?
We apologize, but at the moment, we do not offer customized design services.
Can I wear my product while exercising, showering, or at the beach?
We strongly recommend not wearing your product during certain activities, as prolonged exposure can damage the product. The durability of product materials varies; some are harder and more durable, while others are softer and more prone to damage. For more information on how to properly care for your product, please refer to our guide on Caring for Your Product.
I’m interested in a product, but it’s out of stock. When will it be restocked?
Please contact us, and we can check if there is any remaining stock or assist you in finding a suitable alternative.
I need it to celebrate a birthday/anniversary/party in a few days!
If you’ve already placed an order, you can notify us by replying to the confirmation email. In most cases, we can prioritize your order and complete the jewelry you’ve ordered as quickly as possible. For shipping, we use expedited shipping to deliver it to you as soon as we can. You can also contact us in advance at clientservice@vanying.com, and we’ll see what arrangements we can make.
Wrist Size Measurement
I don’t know my wrist size.
Don’t worry! We’ve specifically prepared a measuring tool for you. You can visit our “How to measure your wrist” page to download the Vanying measuring tool. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us at clientservice@vanying.com.
I know my wrist size, but I would like it to be slightly looser. Is this possible?
We currently have two brands. Vanying products are adjustable, while Vansing products are not. We provide corresponding reminders on each product page.
If you need an adjustment to your wrist size when purchasing Vanying products, you can leave a note during checkout, and we will adjust the product according to your request. If you forget to leave a note, you can email us at clientservice@vanying.com or contact us through the “Contact” page on our website.
This is a gift. How can I find out the wrist size?
We have a guide on how to measure your wrist available on our website. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact us. If the person has previously ordered from Vanying, let us know, and we can easily look up their wrist size.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
The production of your product usually takes 2-5 business days, provided that you have submitted your wrist size and a valid address. Once completed, the order will be shipped with priority.
We cannot provide an exact package delivery time. After shipping, you will receive an email with the shipping carrier and tracking number, and you can track your package through the carrier’s official channels.
I accidentally submitted the wrong delivery address, but it’s already on its way!
In most cases, you can change the delivery address yourself on the tracking confirmation page. If you’re unable to do so, please contact the courier and us as soon as possible. Keep in mind, the longer you wait, the more difficult it will be to modify the address.

Returns/Size Adjustments/Exchanges
I need to adjust the size of my jewelry.
Of course, we understand that getting the size right on the first try can be a bit tricky. We are more than happy to assist you with resizing. Please keep in mind that if you need a size adjustment, you have 15 calendar days (from the date you received the item) to return the item to us. Please email clientservice@vanying.com for appropriate assistance. I would like an exchange.
You can exchange the product. You have 15 calendar days (from the date you received the item) to return the product for an exchange. Additionally, the product must be free from any signs of use, and the anti-counterfeit tag on the product must remain intact. Once your package arrives at our facility, we will notify you and process the exchange by charging or refunding the price difference (including a $15 restocking fee). Please email clientservice@vanying.com for appropriate assistance.
I would like to return the item.
Yes, this is possible. We offer this option for our customers. We provide a “15-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee” for all products purchased on www.vanying.com. You have 15 calendar days (from the date you received the item) to return the product. After 15 calendar days, refunds will no longer be accepted.
