SMS Terms and Conditions

Effective as of February 23, 2025.

1. Consent to Receive Marketing Text Messages
   You agree to receive promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from Vanying, including cart reminder messages, which may be sent to the phone number you provided during registration or any other number you designate, using an automated dialing system. Agreeing to receive automated marketing messages is not a requirement for any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.
2. Message Frequency
   The frequency of messages may vary. Vanying reserves the right to change the frequency of messages at any time, increasing or decreasing the total number of messages sent. Vanying also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number used to send messages, and we will notify you of such changes.
3. Device and Network Limitations
   Not all mobile devices or phones are supported, and our messages may not be received in all regions. Vanying, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by this program are not responsible for delays or undelivered messages.
4. Opting Out
   To unsubscribe, simply send one of the following keywords to our number: “STOP,” “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “QUIT.” After sending one of these keywords, you may receive an additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our SMS platform may not recognize or respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include one of the keywords “STOP,” “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “QUIT,” and agree that Vanying and its service providers are not liable for failure to process such requests.
5. No Class Action
   You and Vanying agree that claims can only be made on an individual basis, not as part of any class action or representative action. Additionally, unless both you and Vanying mutually agree in a signed written document, the arbitrator may not consolidate claims from multiple parties or conduct any form of representative or class arbitration.

 

Third-Party Pixels and Cookies

When you visit our website, log in, register, or open an email, our online data partners or vendors may use cookies, advertising beacons, and similar technologies to link these activities with information they or others hold about you (including your email address). We (or our service providers on our behalf) may then send newsletters and marketing information to those email addresses.
